Just Live Well

In addition to the advice and support on the JustBe Croydon website there is a face-to-face service called Just Live Well.

Just Live Well is a 12 month programme that aims to help Croydon residents to improve their health. Clients can be supported to quit smoking, lose weight, become more physically active, cut down on alcohol or be helped to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This is offered by a team of trained advisors located around Croydon who use motivational interviewing and goal-setting to help you make meaningful changes to your life.

The Just Live Well service works with specific groups of people in Croydon who might find it difficult to make changes in their life without additional support.

The JustBe Health MOT will work out if you could benefit from some additional face-to-face support. You will be given the opportunity to opt into this support at the end of the MOT, so don’t worry if you’re not quite ready to join Just Live Well right now.

Please remember, if you decide not to access the face-to-face support or if you are not are not eligible for this service, JustBe offers a wide range of information, advice and support to help you make changes to your lifestyle and you can routinely track your progress using the Health MOT.
